How to add ATM card (Debit Card)

Adding an ATM card to your account is crucial for loan applications and will aid in the payment process. To add your card, you must complete a transaction, incurring a 100 RWF activation fee. 

Follow these steps to add your bank card to your account and apply for a loan

1. Log into Your Account  

Use the same phone number you provided during the registration process, enter the password you created, and click the login button. 

2. Navigate to your profile setting 

Once you have successfully logged in, find your name at the top right and click on it to navigate to settings. Alternatively, you can click on the hamburger menu and select "Settings."

 Click the "Back to Settings" button to access all settings. Then, locate and select the "Bank and Card" button. 

At Standard Life, we offer various methods for disbursement and payment. To add a card, select "Card" from the dropdown menu and click the "Add New Card" button.

To ensure that your card is active and not expired, we need to verify it, and to complete this process, a charge of 100 RWF will be applied to your card. Please accept this condition and click the "Continue" button. 

3. Adding ATM Card Information

To add a card to your account, you will need to enter the card number, expiration date, and CCV number. Please ensure that you provide the correct information as requested and click on the "Pay RW 100" button. 

Standard Life ensures the security of your card and verifies card ownership. By clicking the "Authenticate" button, you will receive a one-time passcode via SMS to verify that you are the card owner. Please enter the received code in the provided field and click "Submit." A charge of 100 RWF will be applied to your card. You will receive a success message confirming that your card has been successfully added.
